Cumulative File: Coastal Academy maintains your student's Academic Cumulative File to assist in education accountability and to meet state requirements as a private school.

Curriculum Assistance: We are available to provide guidance to families needing assistance in the development of their educational goals. Final selection of curriculum is the responsibility of the parent.

Academic Reporting: We require various reports be submitted throughout the year to gauge your progress in fulfilling your educational goals.

IEP/Special Needs: Following the IDEA Act of 1997, it is recommended that any child who is academically two or more years below their grade level in any subject have an Individualized Education Plan.

Standardized Testing: Coastal offers a testing opportunity utilizing the IOWA Assessments Test for 6th-12th grades.
